Centralize 26 shared dependency versions in pnpm-workspace.yaml catalog and replace inline versions with catalog: references across all packages. - Add catalog section to pnpm-workspace.yaml (4 prod deps, 22 dev deps) - Normalize version inconsistencies across packages (11 deps had mismatches) - Replace @tony.ganchev/eslint-plugin-header with eslint-plugin-header in SDK - Add baseline-browser-mapping override to fix stale data warning in eslint
